DERTOUR Group hotel brands Sentido, Aldiana and Cooee win 13 HolidayCheck Awards including two Gold Awards as well as other industry distinctions. The first fruits of the quality campaign can already be seen.
The holiday rating portal HolidayCheck has awarded a total of 13 hotels from DERTOUR Group Hotels & Resorts with the HolidayCheck Award 2023. Two hotels were presented with the highest distinction: the Gold Award. The DERTOUR Group hotel brands won other industry awards, too.
The premium club travel provider, Aldiana, received four HolidayCheck Awards including a Gold Award for the Aldiana Club Djerba Atlantide. Sixteen awards were conferred on Aldiana from the cluburlaub.de travel agency. Each year, the travel agency team evaluates the most popular clubs and holiday hotels based on over 10,000 customer feedbacks. Aldiana won the award for best club tour operator, Aldiana Andalusia won best beach club, Aldiana Club Costa del Sol won best club for golf holidays and Aldiana Club Djerba Atlantide for best child care. At the Globus Award 2023 of touristik aktuell, Aldiana came 3rd place in the category “Best Travel Agency Service – Hotel Chains” for the second time in a row.
Seven HolidayCheck Awards 2023 went to the DERTOUR Group hotel brand Sentido, with Sentido Galosol in Portugal having been distinguished with the sought-after Gold Award. On top of this, Galoresort, consisting of Sentido Galomar and Sentido Galosol, won the sustainability award “Portugal’s Leading Green Hotels” for the fifth time in a row.
In Greece, two Cooee hotels were distinguished with the HolidayCheck Award 2023.
Playitas Resort Fuerteventura won a sustainability award with the SICTED distinction, which is presented by the Spanish State Secretary for Tourism together with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.

What is more, we introduced a new quality monitoring in order to quickly and consistently improve our services.”
