CDO DER Touristik Group
Joao Gonzaga is responsible for the Group-wide digitization. His responsibilities include harmonizing the Group-wide IT infrastructures to make optimum use of synergies within the Group. At the same time, the Group-wide booking systems will be closely linked with the processes of the service providers and new digital service offers for partners and travellers are to be developed. Joao Gonzaga heads an international team of experts to drive the Groups digital transformation.

Jiřà JelÃnek
CEO DER Touristik Eastern Europe
Jiri Jelinek is CEO Eastern Europe. In this position, he assumes overall responsibility for the for the brands Exim und Fischer in the Czech Republic, as well as for the remaining Eastern European markets of Romania, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. He has been instrumental in driving the integration of the two business units Fischer and Exim, as well as Travel Brands S.A. in Romania.

Georg Schmickler
CEO Hotel Division DER Touristik Group
Georg Schmickler is responsible for the group-wide hotel activities, which represent a strategic corporate issue within the group. As CEO of the Hotel Division, Georg Schmickler is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategy and for the expansion of the hotel portfolio.

Dr. Klaus-Ulrich Sperl
CEO DMC DER Touristk Group
Dr Klaus-Ulrich Sperl is responsible for the entire network of the DER Touristik Group's own destination agencies. The tasks of the CEO DMC include global expansion, improvement and expansion of the service portfolio, the further development and development of new business areas, the harmonization of the global system infrastructure and the marketing strategy.

Stephanie Wulf
CHRO DER Touristik Group
Group-wide personnel responsibility for the DER Touristik Group lies in the hands of Stephanie Wulf. In her position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she helps DER Touristik Group strengthen its international employer brand and intensify company-wide collaboration in overarching important personnel matters. Stephanie Wulf is also member of the Management Central Europe.
